All on Four (or All on 4), is a revolutionary new technique whereby a whole arch of failing teeth is replaced with dental implants in a single visit.

The teeth are removed, implants placed and high-quality fixed temporary teeth are fitted, all without the patient needing to leave the Clinic.

All on Four can also be carried out for patients who have previously lost their own teeth and currently wear dentures. The temporary teeth are fixed so patients can be free from their dentures on the day of implant placement.

Once the healing period is completed and the implants have integrated with the bone, a high-quality, durable permanent titanium fixed bridge is fitted.

This treatment can offer patients a full arch or both arches of fixed replacement teeth. The placement of four to six dental implants at strategic positions and angles provide the foundation upon which a fixed ten tooth bridge can be placed.

For those patients who have suffered ill-fitting dentures or mobile, failing teeth for years, the provision of stable, comfortable, natural-looking teeth through dental implants really can restore that self-confidence and vitality that has often been lost.

Benefits of All-on4

Faster procedure

All-on-4 dental implants minimise the number of appointments needed – especially in contrast to the traditional ‘full arch’ treatment process.

Maximum comfort

A major benefit of a ‘Teeth in a Day’ fixed temporary bridge – as opposed to a temporary denture – means that patients have fixed teeth throughout the entire treatment process.

Reliable results

Those who have endured badly-fitting dentures of wobbly or loose teeth for years can look forward to being provided with a natural-looking, secure, sturdy and comfortable bridge attached to their new dental implants.

Life-changing potential

All-on-4 dental implants have made an enormous positive difference for all our previous patients, with the successful procedure in some cases providing a new lease on life.

All-on-4 Procedure

Before starting your advanced dental treatment, our qualified dentists will ensure you possess sufficient jawbone to anchor the multiple titanium posts in place. At this initial diagnosis phase, we may have to take CT scans and X-rays of your mouth to perform a correct assessment.

All on 4 dental implants are highly advanced procedures and require in-depth planning and considerations. At Dentist on the Green, we have an impressive success rate in smoothly handling these cases.

                        • Before the actual procedure teeth are designed to mimic your previous setup of teeth or improved based on your preference
                        • During the procedure, the trained and skilled hands of our dentist will make a number of tiny incisions in your gum to insert the implants into the bones and the tissues present there.
                        • A temporary set of teeth is fitted immediately after implant placement.
                        • Once bone regeneration is done and the wounds resulting from incisions in the jaw get healed, we await acceptance of the implants by your body before embarking on the definitive prosthesis.
                        • The definitive prosthesis is delivered 4-6 months later. Unlike all other teeth loss solutions, dental implants both functionally and aesthetically appear like your natural teeth.

Filling placement is necessary to treat cavities and prolong the longevity of the natural teeth. With today’s technology continuously improving, new methods are developed to benefit the patients and ensure their positive oral health for a lifetime.

All on 4 Dental Implants differ from normal or traditional implants because they are designed to sustain a whole set of teeth. Anywhere between 6 and 10 ordinary implants are needed to support an entire arch, whereas All on 4 relies on just 4 implants. This becomes possible because the back implants are placed at an angle, which increases the surface area. Moreover, All in 4 Treatment is faster and less invasive compared to standard implants.

The All-on-4 dental implant technique uses only four implants per arch, whereas traditional implants utilize anywhere from six to eight implants or more in each arch. The implants of the All-on-4 procedure are also placed at an angle, which allows for increased contact by using the natural support of your bone.

Is it painful? Dental implants like All-on-4 are actually not nearly as uncomfortable as you might have been led to believe. For starters, you can choose a form of sedation that best fits your needs: local anesthesia or IV sedation.
